I’m a data junkie.  Which is good since I work for the analytics division in my company.  But it’s been a struggle compiling all the data you collect when trying to lose weight.  And believe it or not, there is a lot of data.  Some of it plays nice with others, some don’t.

One of the new tools I found was TrendWeight – it takes all those up and down weight readings and evens them out over time – giving you an average.  You can see my actual readings compared to the average over time.   That way a sudden jump in weight (like I had this past Friday) doesn’t freak you out quiet so bad.

It will sync with FitBit or  Withings scales.  If you don’t have a WiFi enabled scale, you can manually put in your weight with a free FitBit account.
