I really feel like I got back on track last week – despite having a pretty stressful week. I love to eat when I get emotional or stressed – so it was a real struggle. But we managed to eat at home two meals over the weekend, and every night except Wednesday for the weekdays – I also brought my lunch to work. That all helped to keep me on track.
I discovered GoodFoods Chicken Salad at Costco – it’s really delicious, and only 150 calories.
Suppers this week consisted of a whole lot of grilled chicken. One night we did manage to have grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, made with Organic Multigrain bread from Bountiful Baskets.
